Booth Vendors

Part of our festival features vendor booths and nature related demonstrations. 

Vendors: For a $50 registration fee, vendors will be allowed to set up a 10′ x 10′ space to display and sell their items. To decrease competition and maximize your sales, only 1 vendor will be allowed to sell/display the same item (ex: only 1 vendor selling birdhouses, only 1 vendor selling handmade clothing).

Demonstrations: Non-profits are welcome to set up and promote their passion whether it is birds, plants, the environment, litter, etc. FREE of charge. You are not allowed to sell items from your demonstration area and duplicate demonstrators will not be allowed.

All vendors and demonstrators need to supply their own tents and tables. No electricity or water connections will be available. Small, quiet generators will be allowed. Set up will be between 7:00-10:00 am the morning of the festival and all vehicles must be removed from the festival grounds by 10:00 am. Vehicles will be allowed back into the festival area at 5:00 pm.

To register, please download the Vendor Registration Form located here and the Office of State Parks Vendor Agreement and return the completed forms with your vendor fee by April 1, 2017.
